Green God(mode) Salad
This one is for the those who love to eat a single color.
We often ask the color green for a mere pop of itself. “A pop of green will tie it together”, a succulent on a millennial bookshelf, accent scallions over the top of a brown soup broth…
Green can bring the flavor on its own, no need for anything else.
This salad is about practicing refusal.
Or as JPEGMAFIA says, “Fuck the underground I’m going pop.”
