The greatest secret that was never really a secret. This ice cream tastes better than regular ice cream, is more affordable, and is significantly healthier.

There are really only two steps to this process, I will list them here and then give some tips.

Peel bananas before they go bad, freeze them.
Remove from freezer and blend them in a blender.

Fruitman Kitchen Pro Tips:

-It helps to add a bit of olive oil, soy milk, apple juice, or cream to get the blend going and become smooth.
-Bright, fresh herbs are a fantastic pairing and you can put them straight into the blender. Basil and mint work particularly well.
-Adding other frozen fruit is strictly optional. I would recommend only adding other fruit (and therefore textures/consistencies) if you have a powerful blender and can blend everything very smoothly. I have a 1500W Ninja and I was still left with solid pieces of strawberry.
-Only make as much as you will eat in one sitting. While this certainly keeps in the freezer, thawing it doesn’t compare to eating it freshly blended.

Go forth and blend, there is freedom in the blend.
