Raul Altamura-Zbengheci is a Romanian-American producer, organizer, and director. If contemporary art and culture function today as an archipelago comprised of small islands, Altamura-Zbengheci situates himself in the waters between them, following the currents and floating softly between different mediums, influences, and technologies. He moves between visual art, emergent technologies, business, contemporary performance, and large scale cultural commissions. 

He is currently developing Strawberry Sky, a new app that untangles a cluttered travel booking landscape and distills it down to meaningful, curated options for travelers of all kinds. Recently, he led public programming, operations, and strategy NEW INC, the New Museum‘s cultural incubator. He has worked with the Whitney Museum of American Art, Performa, MoMA PS1, PROTOTYPE Festival, Times Square Arts, LinkedIn, EY, and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council.
